Hafidz is the Managing Partner of AnB Consulting and leads the firm's work on complex tax disputes and corporate structuring. He is a licensed Tax Consultant and an admitted Tax Attorney before the Indonesian Tax Court. His foundation was built across the Big Four and leading corporate tax functions, including KPMG, BDO and a major agribusiness group, where he learned to defend high-stakes positions from the first audit through to judicial review.

He has led tax dispute resolution across audits, objections, appeals and judicial reviews for more than twenty group entities, and has contributed to tax due diligence on M&A transactions with aggregate deal values exceeding IDR 20 trillion. His focus is on designing tax-efficient, defensible structures for cross-border and related-party transactions. Clients value his technical command and his composure in front of the authorities.

Thomas is a Senior Partner and leads Audit and Assurance. Trained at EY and BDO, he has led engagement teams from planning through to reporting across coal mining, manufacturing, retail and consumer, hospitality and pharmaceuticals, including group audits coordinated with international member firms such as BDO Singapore and PKF UK.

He brings a disciplined assurance methodology and sound judgement on complex accounting areas, including revenue recognition, credit loss and employee benefits under PSAK. His collaborative, cross-border working style was shaped on multinational engagements.

Reggy is a Senior Partner in Advisory and leads the firm's Business Transformation practice. He brings more than fifteen years of experience across multifinance, financial technology and the SME sector, with a strong record in corporate development, risk-based financing products and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

He is known for his work in government relations, including active participation in the AFPI task force that shapes policy for Indonesia's peer-to-peer lending industry, and for advising on regulatory compliance. He brings deep strategic insight and an extensive network to support clients in expansion, compliance and sustainable financial structuring.
